Harishchandra Sahane is a highly experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with over 16 years of work experience working with India's largest corporations, global MNCs, and high-growth organisations across multiple industry verticals.

His career spans leadership roles across some of the most recognised Indian and international companies — giving him a rare vantage point that combines strategic workforce planning, domain-deep sourcing, and hands-on hiring execution.

Since joining as Co-Founder in 2020, Harishchandra has been the driving force behind HReTech India's growth — shaping its recruitment philosophy, deepening domain expertise across BFSI, FMCG, and Fintech, and building a firm reputation for honest, results-driven recruitment consultancy.
